Store FAQ How much is postage and packing? All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and delivery is free of charge! (unless otherwise stated) Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom? At present we only deliver orders within the United Kingdom. International orders can be arranged. Orders outside the UK without prior contact shall be cancelled. At what time can I expect my delivery? Delivery will take between 1 - 10 days. Do you deliver at Weekends? Saturday or Weekend deliveries are not available. What happens if no one is at home or my premises are closed when the Royal Mail calls? Under such circumstances, Royal Mail will post a card through your letterbox, advising you of the attempted delivery. The card will invite you to telephone Royal Mail in advance to arrange one of the following options: - Collection from the nearest Collection Depot, from the working day after the card was left. - Re-Delivery to the original address during normal working hours (Monday to Friday) Can I have my order delivered to a different address? If it is more convenient, you can have your order delivered direct to your work or whatever is easier for you. Simply state the delivery address when you first place your order and we will direct your package accordingly. What is your refund/returns policy? You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the web site for a full refund within 7 days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing. Once we receive the item/s we will give you a full refund which will be credited to the card you paid with at time of purchase. What if my order is incorrect? Any order errors must be reported to ICOCN Store within 48 hours; no exchange of product can be after this time. What is your mailing address?
